Rather than drafting an original pattern from scratch, the process follows a refined standard block with only the relevant changes applied. This makes it a more efficient route to a well fitted garment, eliminating much of the time and labour associated with a full bespoke or custom commission. The process typically requires a single fitting before finalisation, making it an ideal option for those working within tighter timelines without wanting to compromise on fit or finish. Made to measure is available across all three construction methods. Full canvas, half canvas and fused, selected according to your budget and timeline. All the detailing and styling options from our custom tailored offering remain available, though the range of structural modifications is more limited by nature of the process. For the gentleman who falls close to a standard fit and values efficiency as much as quality, made to measure strikes the right balance.
